Once you know these two things, you can allocate to your orders based on the criteria you find.   If you did an inventory count and assessed your inventory items’ popularity, you would find that in the case of inventory item “A,” it makes more sense to re-organize your warehouse than it does to get a fast moving item from the back of the warehouse several times a day.
